<description>Can we add the White House's ommission of the hospital with the largest death toll from its Lessons Learned report post Hurricane Katrina as number 26? Could it be the Bush administration did a favor for the politically connected Carlyle Group by leaving out affiliate LifeCare Hospitals' 24 patient deaths? They also failed to mention the group that coordinated hospital evacuations while the White House and FEMA sat on their keisters. The Louisiana Hospital Association, a trade group, filled in for our AWOL leaders.

For this and more see the blog, State of the Division and his book "New Suits for World Leaders: Emperors, Presidents and Popes"
