On Friday Midnights With The Mystic "took off" on Amazon and rose to #7. Sadhguru and Cheryl Simoni are touring the country introducing this well known Indian Mystic to American audiences and obviously getting a very positive response.

We are excited when authors create this kind of response which in this case quickly used up our existing inventory. However Technology and print on demand will enable Amazon to fill every order within days, something which is works for us all, the customer, the author, the publisher and Amazon.

Now I'm looking forward to meeting this remarkable man at the forthcoming BEA.

Ah, Rachel, BEA (formerly ABA) and INATS, and once or twice others like the ALA -- how well and how fondly I remember doing trade shows! When Hampton Roads was not quite one year into this business, in spring 1990, Bob Friedman and I did the ABA show in Las Vegas, because we had published Tapping into the Force, by Ann Miller. Bob was already an old hand at the business, but for me, stepping out into that sea of booths, hearing the noise and seeing the crowds, it was a whole new world. And over the years the International New Age Trade Show (INATS) in Denver became my favorite. Unlike BEA where we were a very small frog in an ocean, at INATS we were a fairly large frog in a pond.

Anyway, fun. Enjoy! I don't know any better way to realize how large the industry is, and how we are a part of it.
