My name is Lynn & one of the subjects I have researched for 22 years is reincarnation.
I have not yet purchased this book, but I plan to this week, as I was looking thru Google for a recent quote by Plato & one by Edgar Cayce on that we have familiar facial features in our incarnations. I'll be ordering 2 copies, so I can hold on to one (& make notes in) & share the other.
I guess maybe the reason I did not find those 2, was because I was to find this book. Thanks HPRC for making it possible to make this research & information available. Hopefully I will still find the Plato & Cayce quotes or notes I recently saw back in February (2007).
I too have discovered many familiar faces. Luckily, just like Walter, we have at least portraits & sketches going back into the early 1800s. It has helped me to identify severao pages of people from previous past groups. I too somehow zeroed in on facial features & certain gestures many of us do not really realize we tend to repeat. And as to the postures, these too are a similar pattern of consistency. My mind works like a computer sometimes & it seems as if it has some sort of program it runs, which I call my "Sub-Structure Facial Analysis". It can work without my knowledge, but it definitely comes up when a "hit" is found. Then I, inside my brain or mind, see the faces overlay
which are a positive match. Sometimes I will start the process, but never force the answers. I just put in the data, be it information & assorted pictures. And it runs independent.
So I would have to confirm Walter's research even before reading it. My 3 groups in which I have searched to find are as follows:
1) Joseph Smith, his family members & early Mormon key figures
2) Albert Einstein, family members, friends & colleagues
3) Edgar Cayce, family & group
For just a few examples, I have found all, except one (unless I overlooked them) of the 3 & 8 witnesses (total of 11) of the Book of Mormon. Even Brigham Young, Sidney Rigdon, Oliver Cowdery, Alexander Doniphen (who defended Joseph with his life), sand even Governor Boggs who ordered Joseph & the Mormon's famous "extinction order".
The 2 main members of Einstein's "Academy" & even showed my finding to one group as to Conrad Habicht. You should have seen the mouth drop & eyes widen. And I even showed the present day incarnation of Maurice Solovine & his wife. His wife knew immediately, but it took him a week to recover & realize it made since now to him. Solovine was exactly identical in today's time.
And many surrounding Cayce too.
There are more pictures & portraits of the first 2, as opposed to Cayce's group, which is a definite aid in identifying. I also use traits, similar to Walter, in order to help identify. And I also use the Inner Voice if needed.
