I have just finished this book the second time around. I read Mary Summer Rain's collection about twenty years ago when I lived up in the New Hampshire area. I have found them in a used book store and decided it was time to read through her whole collection again. Her books are moving to the point of feeling not just knowing, but feeling they are right. I have read many types of books and have put them down after the first chapter laughing on what people look at as reality. I too have come to trust my senses on what is worth reading and what to believe in is true. In growing up I also had alot of questions that my teachers and parents could not answer. My searching years began in High School. I am happy to see her books are still available and I will be able to pass them on to my daughter to read.
